i always seem to get the photo when the top is done, prior to quilting....then i totally forget to get that "finished" picture. :-(

i guess it is the excitement and pride at finishing the top..

Yes. I have a small album, I even include small scraps of the fabric that I used. But I didn't take pictures of the 50+ pillowcases that I made and donaed to the "million pillowcase" event.

I take pictures of all quilts I make or quilt for others and keep them in an album with the name and date on the back.

I have been taking pictures of the quilts I have made usually including the front and the back. I rarely make a separate photo of my quilts, but I do of my mother's quilts as she does keep them in an album dedicated to her quilts. I owe her a couple of picts now..LOL

I take pictures of the ones I like. I have them all posted on face book. I do not take pictures of the ones I don't like. Sometimes it's so hard to make and complete a quilt that I don't like the colors. My theory is that I don't ever have to look at it again, once it's given. I even donate the left over material to a local donation center!

Long ago my daughter gave me a notebook to put my quilt photos in, and I would include scraps of the fabric since photos do not always give you a true picture. However, printer ink got so expensive I just keep a picture in my Picassa account.

I do take pictures of my projects and plan to compile their history in a CD called Quilt Album for family history.

I take photos of everything. If I remember to! LOL I have been trying to put them on picsa.com that way if I want to give anyone access to it I can. I'm not that good yet at doing that. My DD has to keep showing me.

I'm much better with a sewing machine then some computer programs.

I'm a camera bug for everything except my sewing. I could kick myself for not keeping a journal of all the lovely things I have made, clothing, house dec as well as quilts.
