Do you take photos of your work?

It's good to have an actual photo, as computers do wonky things now and then. I also like to make a photocopy of the pattern to keep notes on as I sew, then record the type of batting, etc. that was used. Keep these in a binder as a record of all the wonderful things you've made.

yes, I intend to make a quilt album, but have been taking pix of Baltimore Album blocks and other works in progress or as finished -- I share my pix with my quilting buddy and quilting friends -- projects often look even better in pix

I take pics of all of my projects and keep them on a thumb drive. I also make one or two prints of each (different views) and keep them in a project journal along with small pieces of fabrics used, pattern name, quilting info, dates, and who it was for. Recently, I've been adding a photo of the label too.

I take pictures during different stages of the quilts I make. I have a journal also. I put the pictures on the computer and have a quilt file. I also copy them to a flash drive incase my computer should crash - safety net!! It is nice to look back and see the quilts I made. Also take pictures of purses, totes, etc I have made.
