I think simplicity make a pattern like that.I got a pattern similar to it when Hobby Lobby had them on sale for .99. Mine makes a dinosaur, turtle and a catapillar. The dino takes 2 3/4 yds. of 45" fleece for the padding, the turtle takes 3 1/4 yds and the cater. takes 4 1/8 yds. Kinda gives you some idea of the sizes. Really LARGE.

That is just adorable!! My granddaughter would love one of these - might just have to invest in the pattern and fabric to make it.
