I too bought the plastic things, they are a bit difficult to adjust if you aren't real flexable but they work well. I sometimes put them on before I put the bra on and then put the bra over my head like a shirt.

My favorite solution is don't wear a bra at all! I only whar one when I go out in public lol.
Me Too!!! Bras are far too uncomfortable to deal with except when you're out in public. Then you sorta need to look a little more presentable

My problem is straps that dig into my shoulders....I have my grandmother's "big girl" figure so no straps fall down around here!

I went to the bra shop and asked them how to fix it so my straps would quit falling. They told me that I was not wearing my bra tight enough around my chest. So now I made sure that I used the tightest catches it quit falling down.

If you try this and they keep falling down you need to get fitted for a new bra. They say that most women do not wear the proper size of bra.

I make lingerie straps in the shoulder seams of dresses and blouses. You can use narrow ribbon or chain stitch (thread). Fasten one end to the garment near the sleeve seam and a snap at the other end. Sew the female part of the snap to the shoulder seam about an inch from the neckline. Hope this makes sense.

I used to think so too but they do have "full coverage" styles. At my age I don't need the girls falling out but the underwire gives them a gentle lift.
