There are only three different blocks used in this pattern; a diagonal, a cross and a three strip and they can be arranged in different ways to create a pattern. I used a design wall made of 2 flannel backed plastic tablecloths and laid out the design and carefully put them together one at a time and one row at a time. The pattern was from a book called "Friendship Quilts" and was much smaller with the light colored areas being used for friends signatures. I just enlarged and created my own design. Lots of fun!
