OMG! 1200 on the list!! I work at the local library and we get pretty excited if there are 5 people on the list! I didn't know lists ever got that long.
I've been 600-something on a library waiting list for a book and 300-something for another. Can't remember what the books were at this point, though.

I was going to get The Help from the library, but there's so much excitement about it now, I suppose I'd better buy it if I want to read it any time soon.

My husband and I saw it last night and agreed it was one of the two best movies we've seen in last year or so. The other was The King's Speech.

Yes, I saw it this week and I loved it. I have not read the book so I had no idea what it was about.

Loved the fashions

Lots of laughs and very well done.

While I haven't seen the movie, I did read the book last year. It is due in our local theaters next weekend. Can't wait to go see it! Still, for those of you who prefer reading a book before you see the movie (and I'm one of them) I highly recommend the book!

Just saw it for the 2nd time. I missed some parts the first time because of their accents and fast talking. The acting is superior.

Loved the movie. Went last week with a friend who read the book first. Now I am going to read the book but had to finish a quilting project first.

I have read the book and plan to see the movie this week. I hear it follows the book very closely.
