I normally read all the posts. If I feel I can contribute, I do; most times I don't, lol.

I usually read most of the posts, but I don't comment too often unless something really stands out for to me.

Scroll. Except if I am busy. I always try and post something for the quilts members make, they are always so beautiful.

Me three. As others said, if a post is just asking for an opinion on a border fabric or the like, then I might just post my opinion without reading it completely. However, if I am reading several pages of other type postings and the same question keeps popping up that was already answered either in the original posting or in subsequent responses, it annoys me and like another said, it's a bit like butting into a conversation. If I am taking the time to read all the responses, I don't want to be reading the same question over and over again. Someone also mentioned that if you are not going to read the whole lot of responses then maybe you shouldn't be responding .... except for the "asking an opinion" ones. I would have to agree with this also. Yes, it's really not earth shattering in the grand scheme of life but it does put one off now and then. I can somewhat understand why someone commented that they have almost decided to leave the board because of this. I am sure they feel like they have wasted their time .... as some of you may be feeling reading my response. Sorry to have been so overly verbal on this topic.

Quite often I only read the first page of responses, then if I want to respond, I just go ahead and do it then. I couldn't tell you the last time I actually scrolled through more than one page of responses. I spend too much time on the computer as it is!
