I get mine from Quilt in a Day. I wait for them to be discounted. Right now they are either 25 or 30% off for one week.

Probably out of your range but I just found a receipt with the shop name. Near Lancaster, PA - Bird in Hand Fabric. They have a shop in the basement that has an amazing assortment of hand quilting stencils and some of the best prices on notions that I've ever seen. I don't believe they have a website but their phone is 717-768-0738. They are a very helpful group of folks so maybe a phone call will work for you if you can't make it to the store. The fabric store upstairs is wonderful as well. I've never seen such an extensive selection of quality flannel in my life. As well as regular quilting cotton. Very nice quaility on everything. No hesitation recommending them at all.

I order a lot from homesew.com - prices are quite reasonable and orders come quite quickly. We are 24 miles one way from a Michael's and 50 miles from a Joann's, so this is good for me.

Not only that, but Michaels will honor the Joanne's coupons.

Joanne's stopped doing this several years ago.
