I saw the photo of your thread - I do not know - in my country does not get anything special quilting materials.
It seemed a little "thick" for embroidery.
I thought it would be good for decorating projects using special foot sewing machine.
I'm using regular embroidery thread (I think you called floss) with only 2 strands.
The tone is strong, but lighter was lost in hearts.
A hug!

Now, I get to see what it might look like for me and I love it! It goes so much faster than stem stitch and I like the rhythm of chain stitch!
Your block is beautiful!
Thank you so much for joining us. We are having fun with this quilt and I know you will too. :-D
Hi, Mousie!
Thank you!
I am glad to have helped ... without knowing it!
Hahaha!
I like the chain stitch, because I get better than the stem. We do note that much thread is used.
I'm sure I have fun and know that you are the best company!
A big hug!
My #10 block has some violet stem stitch around the outer hearts, but I noticed after posting my picture that you can barely see it, so I decided to do a chain stitch and make it show more.
After seeing yours, I know it will.
So good to have so many ideas in one place!
woo hoo! :XD: hugs
