Use a HOT bread knife if you don't have a shakey hand. When I went to the doc here - before, she opened a drawer, pulled out a scissors and cut them off - no disinfecting of the schssors OR my skin....I thought - HECK I could have done THAT!!

I have quite a number of them on my neck and I was using a handmade soap that contained tea tree oil, that seemed to be pretty effective. I was getting my soap from Emz Blendz in Ashland, OR. When I have the extra $$ I plan to start ordering it again.

I had lots of very noticeable dark brown ones. Someone told me to put liquid bandage on them, so I tried it, applied every day, and they eventually fell of. Someone told me some people had that kind of skin, so where ever you had wear on your skin, they were like pilling on fabric. I had them around my neckline, where I used to wear a lot of jewelry, but who know..

I was just thinking this morning about starting a topic on the tags and thought you all would think I was nuts. I have three right in my underarm area that is driving me nuts. I nick them when I shave and it hurts. I just went to the dermatologist a few months ago and they weren't bothering me then or he would have taken them off. I'm not sure I could cuts them off myself but if so many of you have and are still here I may give it a try. You know what they say, "getting old isn't for sissies".
