I lost my oldest son November, 2009. Also of a sudden heart attack. He was 42 years young. One day after my other son's birthday. I donated his organs. They contacted me about the quilt block, but at the time I also didn't feel I would be able to do it justice. Now I have been doing some quilting for a while I think I can do it. I think the story was absolutely touching. Please post a picture of the quilt block when you get finished. Maybe if you don't mind you could pm me the picture. Thank you.

What a wonderful story. You must feel very honored that she picked you to do this. Please show us when you've finished it. And give her a hug from me!
