Yes, adult moose can be dangerous. They rear up and strike with their front feet. Ditter, you made me miss Alaska even more!!! We had them sleep in our yard on ocassion and also look in the picture window. The first time one was in the front yard our youngest was yelling " there's a camel in our yard" :)

I don't think you'll see any moose in Ohio. I have seen them in NH but never small ones. Have you made the table runner yet? Now I'm making Bow Tucks purses. Pat
