At least it was that way for my brother from time to time and it worked for my 11 year old brother. And stil works great today.

I've re threaded it several times when I sew using just the regular stitches it works great, it only happens when I try to embroidery, can't figure it out and I went to the brother site and even did what they said to see if that will work...it looks like the bobbin thread isn't connecting with the top, and the bobbin thread is bobbin embroidery thread so I know that's not it...you know you would think when you pay almost $3,000.00 dollars for a machine it you think it would work longer than a few weeks...I'm so aggervated...and of course it would happen when the person that will work on your machine is at the State Fair for two weeks and it just started...LOL how's that for luck...what puzzels me the most why does it work fine for the regular stitches and not embroidery...
Yes try that too! But good news, I call the dealer and the service person was going to be there intill 2:00pm, so I rushed my machine over there and he looked at it, well guess what he found a big long piece of thread in the upper part of the machine that must of broke off, he removed it adjust my bobbin ma----jig....and it's working again, can we get a big ole Yeah!!!!! woohoo!!!

The best way to prevent it is be sure to pull the thread from the needle sometimes if the? Thread is there it comes with it or use a pair of tweezers to remove it

I know, but sometimes I forget trying to save that expensive thread but my machine was more expensive then the thread so now I'm trying to remember to pull from the needle...it's a bad habit...LOL

I made this quilt in a day, litterally 9 hours. It is a simple "10 minute block" and then I added the borders and embroidered it with Dolly. It's for a woman's retreat that Cathy is going to called Emerge. Sprout your wings and fly. I want to show you what Dolly can do.

Very pretty! I sure would't mind if that Emerged out of my mailbox. There is going to be one lucky lady at that conference!

Love it.Robert.
Donna it gets to be routine now I do it on all my machines.
Funny story when I first opened bead store I would make seed bead mixes and if any of it spilled I would get on my hands and knees to pick them up so as not to waste any after about the 100 th vial I realized how silly that was and that my time was worth more than the few beads.
