You did a great job, gorgeous quilt. By the way, Sharon Schambers uses starch to ease the extra fabric out of a block.

Eddie, You did well and love the quilt.
There was someone on the board who had the same problem and used 2 different battings, one was wool and was used to take up the biases. I will try to get the name for you.

I'm speechless (well, nearly). It is absolutely stunning - the workmanship on your part and that of the maker, as well. You should feel so satisfied that it turned out so well. And I love your hints and tips on how to overcome fullness, etc. Thanks for posting.

Sorry Eddie, I couldn't find the LAQ who used the wool and the cotton battings. Perhaps you can check on this.
