It certainly is not hideous!!!!! Every quilt is unique and I think you should give it. This quilt is not one that will have to be put up when he is 2 or 3 cause its too babyish. He can love this one for years.

It is coming from the heart and I do not think it is hideous. I like it and I think most new mommies now a days don't seem to want the typical baby quilt. GIVE IT! It will be loved!

I don't think it's ugly it does have the bohemiem feel to it but if you don't thing the shower guests will receive it well I know any charity will accept it with open arms.

I showed the pic to my husband, he doesnt quilt, he said "that is a NICE quilt!"
