Aren't they just awesome .. I love to sit out and watch them. Cannot wait for them to come back next year with more hummingbird feeders out for sure .

Brie (avatar) had one come up to her this summer and she freaked out it was about 4 inches from her face, and she didnt know what to do ! It was funny for sure

I live NW Ohio & feel lucky to have 4-6 hummers a yr. I would be in heaven if I had 30. I know I wouldn't get anything done between watching them & checking the QB. :D

We usually have our little friends until the 1st of October, but I noticed that there weren't any at the feeder this morning. Oops just saw one land on the feeder. We might have them for another couple of days. My grandson had one land on his hand a couple of years ago. what a joy they are.

When I saw this post I knew I had to show my mom! She loves hummingbirds and actually I am in the process of starting her a hummingbird quilt! She squealed with jealousy when she saw your pictures!

I so love these little birds. We still have a couple hanging around but I know they will soon be gone. Have feeders hung outside my breakfast nook. Love watching their antics with my coffee.
