, Never thought of saving them. Is there a picture easy to see with things made of them?

I kept mine from the fabric I purchased at my LQS when I took an applique class to make my first quilting project, a wall hanging. I put them in my quilt journal to identify the fabric I used. I haven't started saving them all yet but as soon as I have to space and a sewing room, I'm going to set up a container just for selvages.

I save selvages and include some of the print with them. If I run out of fabric and want to find more at a later date, then I know who the designer and manufacturer are and the numbers assigned to that particular line of fabric.

A friend uses these to make small quilts.

They go in a bag with all the other small scraps, which goes to the guild, where it goes into a bale project, which helps the environment somehow. I don't cut off enough width to do anything with them that I would ever get around to doing.

I don't save them. It looks to me like there is a little bit of fabric saved along with them I cut mine off as close as possible. Besides I have enough to do
