Just a quick hint to those posting recipes... to save time when typing try pressing and holding the "ALT" key then type 248. Release the "ALT" key. You have now learned how to type the degree sign. Simple, Huh? Hope this helps. It may give you a little more time to post more wonderful recipes. Love them. 100° of warmth and love to all.

Thanks you for the hint. I love all these little hints about how to get different signs to come up. How do you find out about all of these? Is there a chart or something that one can download to have or is this just more computer savvy that I don't have? Thanks.patti

Patti, just type in ASCII table in your browser. There is a list of all the "ALT" characters. Print is out to keep handy or just note the ones you would use.

Yeah, learning is an on-gooing thing. Unfortunately I usually forget what I learned yesterday. the good thing is that I will remember it when it is most un-needed! LOL

By the way, I love your dog avatar. Is he yours?

Are you pressing and holding the "ALT" kew and typing the 248?

You must hold the key down while typing the number. Try that and let me know.
