I take simple magnesium but make sure it is a quality brand; nothing from Walmart, Target, etc., only health food store recommendation. It relaxes everything in the body including restless leg.

Restless Leg Syndrom would keep me awake. Had a sleep study done.....I now take a generic mirapex.....and sleep well. I wish I had thought of the crochet rug then.

I have had RLS since a child. My mother use to tell me I had played too hard and would give me an aspirin or she would just say "growing pains." I never knew it was a real syndrome until I was in my 70's and a neighbor knew all about it. I take mirapex at nite and it seems to help but I can't take it too early in the evening because it puts me to sleep. I hate having it start right after supper.

Nice rug BTW . Good recycle.
That makes mine worse too.
