I LOVE mine! It is beside my chair in the living room. I use it for hand sewing, hand quilting, cross stitch, etc. Couldn't live without it! (LOL)

I bought mine at joannes several years ago and it sits next to my easy chair and is used every day and still has it's original bulb in it. It seems to last forever. Love it.

I have two of the "generic" ones also. A table top version and the floor lamp version. I love them, and will soon be purchasing another. If you have a big lots store in your area you should check there for the knock of versions. Mine are truly identical in looks to the OttLites, but I paid only $30.00 for each of them - and they both came with an extra bulb!!!!! I've had them each for about 3 years now and they are working wonderfully.

Mine was a gift from a friend who was upgrading. Thank you friend! They provide wonderful light for these aging eyes.
