    Love the blocks you made so far. I'd wait until they were all completed before I worried about sashing, borders or binding.

    Pretty blocks, not in CW, but these would be pretty in any fabrics! I do all my blocks scrappy too, love it! Thanks for sharing the site info too, I signed up so I can check out the block info!...

    You're doing a wonderful job. I love Civil War repros; I've made a few blocks to swap, but haven't started my own quilt yet.

    I have also been following the same quilt blog. In the margin there is a spot that shows you how to set it up and how many blocks across and how many blocks down. It says a 2" sashing and you can add a border. It also has a PDF file with yardage ideas.
