You sure give me encouragement. I'm just starting this quilting adventure and have just finished my first quilt top. Now I have to figure out how I'm going to quilt it.

It's absolutely wonderful! I agree...don't ever hesitate sharing your work. I made my first when I was 17...got the "Clays Choice" pattern out of a ladies magazine and tried to match the fabrics exactly. I was in love and making a quilt for the log cabin he told me we'd have. My great aunt had her church group quilt it for me. While they were quilting they ran across an error in one of the blocks. I had reversed a few of the triangles, so the underside of the fabric was facing to the right side of the block. It had a slightly faded look to it. I wanted to rip it out and do it right...but my Auntie told me "Nothing we do will ever be perfect, just leave it, and you'll be more careful next time" It did not detract from the beauty of the quilt. I don't have a photo...I left it with my husband when I divorced him.
