Do you put them on a foundation base of some kind or just sew them toeach other?

Unfortunately the directions are copywrited so they're unavailable. I can guide you through it if you'd like. Starting at the top, with four different yo-yos, red, green, red, green, sew them on to the back of the plastic canvas and go right around. For the bells in the middle, Stack about 4 of the large yo-yos together and sew them with a needle and attach a bel to the bottom of the same thread and draw it back up.
