What a beauty! I wish I could see one of those in action, they look so elegant.

Gorgeous machine and cabinet...both look to be in pristine condition. If you take some lemon oil and do the iron work, it will shine beautifully.

That machine is absolutely beautiful. My grandmother's name was Clara Marie as well. But sad to say I have no idea where her tredile machine ended up. When my grandparents sold their farm and most of the contents I was not a sewer or a quiliter. Enjoy everytime you sit in front of that wonderful machine.

I have one just like it. Same cabinet. It belonged to my Gramma Nancy. She told me when I was 10 years old that it was mine. I never forgot it so when she passed I made sure I got it. It works!!! I don't use it but who knows I might have to some day. I call her Granny. People ask me about it all the time. It sits in my entry hall with a gold mirror over it and a fern on it. It stills has the book in the drawer and needles and buttons and thread, etc. What ever was in the drawers I left. I just love her.
