What is D9P? I looked on the Search bar but could not find explantion or directions. Thanks.

It is a 9 patch that you cut up and put back together after you turn a few pieces.

Here's a link to the gallery that shows them. I'm not entirely sure why it's called that, maybe because once you cut the center squares up the 9 patch "disappears" when you re-arrange the blocks.

Mine is the purple one about 5 from the top :)

You Tube has a tutorial on how to do a Disappearing Nine Patch. Hope that helps. Just Google You Tube - Disappearing Nine Patch.

There is a wonderful tutorial on youtube.com done by Missouri Star Company. It is easy to follow. I just finished a baby quilt using it. :)
