How did you spruce-up the cabinets? I have 3 old machines to gift to our grown kids, and would like to clean up the cabinets. They are all intact but need TLC to polish up the wood - suggestions welcome!
Thanks.

The first one looks exactly like mine! It was my great-grandmother's and I used it for a long time. Then I put my Elna Carina in it and put Grandma's in the closet. With all the talk about antique machines on here, she ought to come out of the closet again! Grandma did have a stool with it - but somehow it went to auction when she broke up housekeeping. I have been looking for one ever since. I remember the seat lifted up and she kept her thread and needles in there. Good finds!
