Cjay your quilt is so pretty. What a neat idea. And Quiltermama, very cute little houses. The kitty peeking out is so sweet!

More great quilts! Such creative talent this group has. Especially love the "Pum-cat"

Just wait until you see the one "fromzstore" made for me!!! It puts mine to shame ! I'm still trying to find my camera...I think it's somewhere under piles of fabric in my sewing room. Why don't they put an alarm on them like they do on cars or some way you can call it  . I'm also forgetting where I laid my phone last. My senior moments are lasting longer and longer

On the serious side, my partner has a creative soul to be sure and her workmanship is just as great. Stay tuned folks...I'll be posting my little beauty soon.
BTW oksewglad....Tom Turkey is hanging in all his glory again in the dining room. Hard to believe it's been a year ago!!

It's been an exciting day here - I found not one but TWO packets from the USA in the porch this morning - the October quilt from Needlegrammy and the September quilt from grammy6.

Needlegrammy, do you want to post your picture now? - everyone at the post office has seen it, it's now arrived at its new home, so it's time for everyone else to admire it!

If you want to see the great quilt grammy6 has made in black white and turquoise, pictures will be going up on the September thread this evening. My daughter took the pictures, including close ups, and I'm going to have to guard it closely because she's got her eye on it...!

That's what is neat about this swap--right now I have no particular place for most of my quilts and have been swapping them around throughout the year. As I switch them around I fondly think of the sender and smile. And then there's the "Shaping up for fall" that is my constant reminder to tidy things up! Sometimes it works.

Here is the beautiful Fall Cornucopia themed quilt that Dragonflynana made for me...Isn't it just too gorgeous? The machine applique includes lines on the corn cobs, making it appear almost 3D. I just love this!!
