Hubby was a Texan but the Cards were his team, so I was glad to see them win. Me? I wanted the Braves in there!!

I so wanted ourRangers to bring home the ring! BUT they gave it their all and you must say those guys (including the managers) worked hard and gave their hearts!! Congratulations Cardinals, and Rangers, this is just the beginning....we will be back, and now we know how its done.....

Congrats to the CARDS !!!
I'm a Texas gal (but not a Rangers fan) My grandpas & dad were lifelong Cardinal fans ... I grew up listening to them on radio or TV every week :)

Yep, me too even though I have move from Southern NJ to NC. You can take the Phillies fan out of Philly but you cannot take their dedication to the team away. We had so much hope this year. My DH was so very disappointed. Well, on to next year.

I'm as a big of sports fan as there is and I can no longer stomach baseball. As long as there is no salary cap it's just a matter of who spends the most and who has momentum. I much prefer the NFL where there is a least a small semblance of parity.
