I am working on ceramics this weekend. I have four DGDs that I have never given Christmas ceramics to so----. I have to have them done by Thanksgiving when my GD comes home from Ohio and we celebrate her Christmas. I fell away from ceramics when I got involved w/ quilting. Surprised????

Today I finally finished a quilt top for my FIL and bought the backing fabric. Tomorrow I will sew the backing, cut and iron the binding, take it out for some photos and get it boxed up to mail to Charisma. I found a pattern for a cute pillow and hope that I can get one made tomorrow for a Christmas gift.

I am making my best friend's Mom's Singer 503 run again. She is in her mid 70's and lives with my friend. She loves to sew but her machine has not worked correctly for a couple years. Had I known it didn't work I would have had it fixed long ago! It is on my bench now, waiting for me to start its overnight portion of the spa treatment.

I am hoping to finish quilting a witch quilt. Had it half quilted, hated the result, took it all out and tonight I'm pinning it. It's a twin sized quilt, so likely not done by Halloween, alas.

Finishing my casserole covers and a couple of table runners. Trying to get the small stuff out of the way so I can finish my DGD quilt for Christmas

I make my husband shirts out of fabric with realistic fish on it. He really likes them, but the ones he has now are wearing out. His birthday is Tues., and I have been working on 3 shirts for him. I'm having a hard time because lately he is around all the time. Today, he went to a fishing lecture and I got the buttonholes and buttons done on 2 of the shirts. I'm going to Houston Monday, so I may have to finish the last one when I get back.

I am making dust bunnies disappear. Cleaned house all day. Tonight I'm making caramel corn for GKs Halloween treats. Oh, is it good. Hope there's enough left for the goodie bags.

I am working on pillowcases for the Veterans Home. Want to make some for kids at sheltered work shops too. Then I have several UFO's to work on.
