oh, Deecee...every once in a while, although I do love all the blocks, you just literally gasp when one pops on the screen...I just did!!!
I love everything about it. It's a beauty!
I'm gonna borrow your idea on the corner embroidery. Just my way to incorporate you into my quilt, lol :XD:

There is a fair lack of consistency in the amount of embroidery in the original blocks. I think some of them need a little "broidery boost".

Love your fabrics Dee! and I agree with the inconsistencies of the amount of embroidery on these blocks. I really like the way you continued yours. My hearts got lost in the background until I added embroidery around them. I'm finished with the applique on block #17 - hardly any embroidery on that one!! Haven't done it yet though, but at this point I'm thinking extra around the hearts might look nice there too.
