7 cats and 3 dogs...allrescues but not all are quilters.

No cats but, I do have a new baby boy puppy. He is only 6 weeks old. He is a Malt-Shi and is named Mikey. I love him to pieces :) He is so adorable :)

I have one cat.Prissy, and she lives up to her name. Although she's mellowed in her old age, and she loves quilts. She is my quilt inspector!

I would say on the average, from what I've seen, it's about 50-50. Some like cats, and some like dogs. For me, no question- cats everytime.

I totally agree, you never replace a loved cat when they go to the rainbow bridge. You just fill an empty space left in your heart when they're gone and you bring another into your life. When the house is without a beloved pet it IS FAR TOO EMPTY!

No cats in the new house. Had two at our last house (daughter's, she left them behind) who did so much damage to furniture, carpets, etc. that DH is dead set against any more cats, ever. I have suggested a rescue dog, good for the B/P, taking walks, etc. but so far haven't won that argument either. I will just have to pet my stash I guess.

We have one cat....rusty and one cute little cockapoo named charlie....my avatar pic was our golden retriever, daphne, who passed away in Feb.
