Oh I like it CJ! I think anything that showcases this fabric would portray the mother side of you. So any block you make would show the quilter in you. What is you're favorite block to make? You could then add some applique if you wanted to show any thing else about you. From what I've seen of your quilts whatever you come up with will be awesome!
Anyone else have any ideas for her?

My favorite block is the wonky stars but I don't think it will work for this fabric.
I will keep the fabric out where I can see it and hope that it speaks to me in a couple of days.

Maybe your right about the wonky stars. Hmmmmm You need something with a big space to show off your fab. Your idea about letting it speak to you sounds good.

I'm so glad that ya'll are still making blocks. I've almost finished my bluebonnet top, (only 2 borders left.) Has anybody else finished a name block!

I'm still trying to decide plus life threw me for a loop last week. My fabric is sitting right where I can see it just waiting for me.

Life has a way of doing just that! I hope that you can come up with something latter.

Found the original poster of my "crest" this weekend. Have thought that I ought to just stick to a bat block for this occasion, and use the crest for an entire quilt. (Kick me, kick me. KISS)
