Just thinking about making dinner. We're having leftover turkey breast and some stuffing, think I'll add some peas and carrots, they are DH's favorite. Dessert is leftover chocolate sheet cake with a thin layer of chocolate frosting. Probably will have a low fat yogurt later tonight.

Lunch was freshly made creamy mushroom barley soup, Ymm, just right for a cold wintery day like today. May in Jersey

Baked ham, baked potatoes, steamed broccoli, hot rolls. I'm thinking of a handful of candy corn for dessert. Notice a theme here.....If 11/01/11 doesn't come soon, I'll never fit into my pants.

We had a beef casserole and mash, dessert was a jaffa chocolate pudding. For lunch I made cheese and marmite scones for the first time, I will make them again as they were nice for a change.

I intended to make chili last night and didn't, so I need to make it tonight or the beef will go bad. But I have enough extra beef for a cheeseburger, so I may make that along with the chili and have the chili tomorrow.

steak, cheesy potato casserole and corn stuffed tomatoes. I made Halloween decorated cupcakes for the grandkids and there are plenty left for our dessert.
