Mine is too messy to show right now. It's not terrible, but not picture worthy either.

Your sewing room looks so much better, maybe I will get inspired by seeing what you have done.
My sewing room is in the unfinished basement of our house. I am grateful that my small group, Grateful Thread meets here once a month, it gets me to vacume and pick up every month. My friend shared some extra shelves she had and I have started unloading totes and folding and putting on the shelves. It is a big project! I have lots of non quilting fabric I want to pass along to a group that needs it. Doing this will clear out a bunch, just cannot get motivated to do it.

Me too! I try to straighten up after each step of projects. Then I get these stacks of straightened up things... <SIGH> sometimes I so wish I was Samantha Stevens and I could just wiggle my nose!!!

Great question!!! The answer is a very loud..."Not on your Life"! Oh, I love it when my cutting board is clear and everything is tucked away in it's place and the floor is swept...but it only stays that way for 5 minutes. I always promise myself that this time I will put each thing away after I use it, but when the creative juices start flowing, that goes out the window. I am in need of a good decluttering right now, in fact.

Well, considering I live in a house that is under 750 sq feet, my dining room is the "annex" to my teensy sewing room, and add to that my incredible stash AND the floor loom and yarn, well, no amount of work would make it picture ready!!!! But it is my house so . . . . . .
