    I made a venison stew the other morning. It was ready when I came home from work that night. Yummy!!!

    I love venison. Do you just make it like beef stew or do you do something special? Haven't made that in a while. Maybe this weekend.

    stew meat is not just for stew,season the stew meat with mrs. dash and worchestshire and roll in flour,brown in olive oil and put into crock pot,cook all day, you will have a thick gravy(add water when you put the browned meat in the crock pot) serve over rice or noodles.add a salad and tes you have an easy good meal.enjoy

    Nothing says comfort food to me more than a pork roast sauerkraut and mashed potatoes! But then I love roast beef out of the pressure cooker with veggies. Hey? It's 6:00 AM and I'm thinking supper!
