I like to use flannel for batt for kids quilts. The quilt has a nice 'hand', soft and cuddly too.

Wow! What a buy! I don't have time to go through all the responses, so I don't know if the following has been suggested. How about pillowcases for kids in hospitals, shelters, etc.? Also, Christmas gifts of pillowcases with books that match the topic of the fabric. (For example: If the fabric has teddy bears, get a book about bears.) Have fun!

I have made potholders with flannel before and they turn out pretty cool looking. They are nice and thick and wash very well. Also maybe backings for quilts.

Rag quilts make good use of flannel and denim. Also, baby blankets for a charity would be nice.

I would have bought it all and then sell it on here. I pay 2-3 yard. And you could recoup your your investment and tying up your money. Let me know if your will be selling any, I like it for backings. Also, I need some greens or matching, I need to make a quilt for my trailer to match the interior.

I recently saw the most beautiful Log Cabin design quilt made with brown, earth tone flannel fabric; so beautiful and
warm and cozy looking. I'm going to make one; envy you with all your flannel ! Enjoy.
