Default Early Bird or Night Owl?

Which are you? I find that I am much more a night owl than an early bird usually, but apparently the semester is catching up to me because I cannot stay up past eleven thirty anymore! (Normally I'm up until at least 12:30 or 1:00

How about you?

Oh, I guess you could call me both. I hardly ever go to bed before 12 & then I get up anywhere from 5 to 6. I just can't sleep. I have always been this way. I had 6 kids & always stayed up to get my work done & it has stayed with me. Some days I try to go to bed earlier but then I just lay there. I now have my 88 yr old Mom living with me & I have a baby monitor so I can hear her at night. She has gotten up & fallen so I sleep with one eye & ear open. Just do not get any quality sleep any more

I'm a real early bird - up between 5 and 6 am, 7 is a late morning for me.

I remember in the 80s I had a boss who called frequent afternoon "brainstorming" meetings - I told her if she wanted any ideas for me it needed to be a morning meeting - my brain began shutting down in the early afternoon.

I must be a bit of both also, hardly ever in bed before midnight (no sense going earlier I won't sleep) up anywhere between 4 & 7 in the morning.
