What a good husband you are!!! She will love the machine. Don't let her fret over the sticker. If you are okay with it, she will be as well.

You're a good man, Charlie Brown! You're making LOTS of points this Christmas! Seriously, that is a very sweet thing to do. Boy, is she gonna be surprised! (Hide the bank statement!)

I think you just made your wife one lucky lady. Lucky she has a husband who loves her to do something like this will make here very happy. I have two sisters who have that machine and they both swear by it.

Great Job super !!!!!!!! i have the 6500 and my daughter has the 6600 we love it. i have made over 200 quilts on my already and love it. i dont know if i could go back to another machine. the lesson alone are worth so much. if there is ever a question she will always have some one to turn to for the ansewes. you made hubby of the year for sure. forget the bank statement. she will be in love so much with it that it would have been cheep at twice the price. blessings to you and yours ogama

You are a super husband!!!!! My hubby has no interest in what I sew or anything about my machines. You did a good thing to do the research and make a wise choice because of what you learned. Your wife is a lucky lady. May your tribe multiply!!!!

Love that you did the research and even scoped out what she needed for her sewing. I think you made a great choice, I have heard nothing but good about that machine on this board.

Since I haven't "test driven" other machines, I can't compare them with the Janome. However, I have a Janome Memory Craft 6500 Professional and I absolutely love it - have had it for about 6 years. I think you made an excellent choice. Good for you for researching and especially for paying attention to your wife's needs!! Your wife is lucky to have a hubby like you.
