What Program do you use to resize your quilt pictures?

I use "paint". If I have a picture, I right click on it and choose "open with" then "paint" then when it opens on the paint screen, I choose from the top menu "Image" and under that Resize/skew then I usually resize to about 80 percent in both directions.

I agree with those who said they use Paint. For easy editing - like resizing - it's easy to use. And it comes on every PC that runs Windows. For those who need step-by-step instructions, here we go. (Different versions may vary slightly.)
1. Open your picture in Paint. To open Paint, click Start, click Accessories, then click Paint. If you don't see Accessories after clicking Start, click All Programs and you should see Accessories, then click Paint. Once Paint is open, you click on Edit or the little icon that represents Edit, then click Open. A file directory appears and you choose the picture you want.
2. Or open Windows Explorer by right clicking Start and choosing Open Windows Explorer. Find the photo you wish to edit, right click on it, and choose Open With. Another menu appears and you click on Windows Paint.
3. Once the photo is open in Paint, choose Edit or the icon that represents Edit and a dialog box will open. Click Resize. Enter 80 beside both Horizontal and Vertical (some versions will change one when you change the other) and click OK. This reduces the photo to 80 percent of the original. If that is still too big, do it again.
4. I usually do a Save As at this point. This keeps your original as is and creates a new file with the smaller photo in it.
I hope I got all the steps right and that it is clear. Unfortunately, some versions of Windows differ. It really is pretty simple.

I use Paint to resize my pictures, that's what my program is set up to use. I have to reduce the pixels to get my pictures to post. I resize at Horizontal 900/Vertical 665. That seems to work ok. The old format apparently resized my photos because I never had this issue before.
