It looks as if you posted some pictures, but I can't see them. Do I need to do something else in order to see them or did you not post any?

Needless to say, I'm very proud of this quilt... it's not perfect but it's mine and I did all the work except quilting it and Nancy (aka Chewboo) did that. I tried hand quilting but the stitches were too large and messy looking. I figured
it's better to machine quilt and have usable quilts than to continue dreaming of hand quilting and be cold ...

I was looking for pictures and got a group of red x's, anyone else have that problem?

Great, great job! Congratulations!! I have one that I started in 1981. It only needs binding and I don't even mind doing binding. I just never seem to think about it when it's convenient to pull it out and get it finished. I signed up for the UFO Challenge for 2012 and I am going to make it a priority to finish that one first!!

I finishe one that took over 20 years, it is a good feeling. It was paperpieced and I just kept putting it up and ignoring it. Finally I got it out and decided I was not doing anything else until it was done. I brought it to TX with me and am going to enter in in the Rio Grande Quilt Show. Not perfect either but it was lots of work. I doubt it wins a ribbon, but it is very rewarding to see your work in a show.
