So sorry about your shoulder. Let other's do for you this holiday and take a "vacation". You can be the supervisor. Merry Christmas.

Oh I am sorry, as I almost broke my shoulder a few weeks ago. I am sore but it did give me time to plan out some new quilts for the New Year. I wish you a speedy recovery.

Thank goodness for the web where you can keep yourself occupied with the quilting world. I'm guessing you'll be reading quilt magazines and making quilt plans for when you're healed

So sorry, hope you will find a way to spend your time. Catch up on reading, planning new projects. Think of it this way, no cooking, cleaning, etc. Take a break and enjoy life.

I just had carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand. Dr. assured me bandage would be slight and I could take it off and put a band-aid on it in 2-3 days. Woke up to these huge bandage, absolutely huge. Took it off today and the stitches are about 1.5 inches long. Someone lied to me. I knew I would be doing very little sewing as I will have the right hand done in 2 weeks. Now I know it might be a whole month. But I can look at my quilt books and dream and rest. So take it easy while you are recovering from you broken shoulder. You aren't alone.
