How beautiful is this. And in time for Christmas. May our mighty Savior look down on your daughter and son-inlaw and bless their home and new family. God bless Thanks for sharing and now you have 3 grandchildren to shower love on also.

I am a teacher and I know the type of children you described. They have a horror for a home, but with just a bit of genuine love and concern, they flourish. Your story made my Christmas! I have been sick, off work and just feeling down - have not even decorated for Christmas and wasn't going to. But then I read about your wonderful DD DSIL and those precious children and my heart was just warmed!
Please, everyone who prays, remember this "new" family daily. Rough roads may be ahead for them, but the joys and benefits to the children will far outweigh them.

Just a quick update. God has surely blessed my daughter and son-in-law. A few days ago my SIL rolled his truck three times on a very icy paych on the highway on his way to work. The truck has been totaled, but, my SIL came out without a scratch. I did tell him his guardian angel is probably dizzy from the roll over ride, but my dear boy is fine. Truly a sign to me that God is still at work.

God loves the little children, and blesses those who are good to them. It is just such a warm and beautiful story regardless of the season, but especially now.
