Beautiful! I would certainly be happy to have that quilt. I also like Connecting Threads.

That's a great looking quilt!
Didn't know CT had that feature you used - must check it out.

Default The Big EZ II Quilt Pattern

I just ordered that pattern, my girlfriend who I quilt with all the time, and I are going to make that together
I am going to use Bright. thanks for sharing the name of the quilt with the picture you posted.

Every year my boss pays me to make a quilt to be given away at our department Christmas party. It's so fun for me to pick the pattern and select the fabrics so that the quilt will have a wide appeal. We are a very culturally mixed group...about 60 people from several countries. This year I selected The Big Easy quilt pattern from Connecting Threads. That website has a really neat feature where you select a pattern and then you can select your fabrics and it figures out a "kit" for you to purchase with all the yardages calculated out. It worked out great. Here's the quilt. It came out at 81"x81". I quilted it with a pantograph in chocolate brown thread.[/QUOTE]

Great job! It sounds like everyone is a winner! You get paid to create a quilt and the raffle winner gets a beautiful quilt.

Terrific workmanship and beautiful colors! This reminds me of the many marble and stone floors I walked on throughout Europe over the years! Thanks for sharing!
