    It's just beautiful and your DIL should love it. Can understand how you grew so attached to it. As you were working on it, you must have been going down memory line with the fabrics.

    This is so pretty! I like the larger (81-patch) blocks and the quilt-as-you-go method. I just finished 3 48x48 quilts for the grandkids, and it feels like I finish them so much faster using this method.
