They are both beautiful. Your hubby is one lucky man. I am glad to see other people use embroidery in their quilts too.

OH my, I will never get one finished with as many small pieces as you have. I just keep using the bigger blocks and easy patterns. Maybe someday......

Both are beautiful. I bought a new embroidery machine a couple of months ago and really aspire to do something as pretty as your eagle quilt.

The appliqued flowers are beautiful, and I like the background in each square. So much work! But definitly worth it!
