I get that message, mostly in the morining

Have any of you that are having this problem contacted tech support ? They can't fix it if they don't know about it - I provided a link above to where/how and what info they will need to look into this

I have been getting this mesage repeatedly over the last week! Very frustrating.....

Sharonb I have tried your link but error message of default email client not set up? Not sure what that means.

No but I get can't connect to the server when I try to open the board. Get this a lot.

I got it when they first converted but it is rare now. I reboot which seems to take care of it.

It is a link to the QB help page- then scroll down a bit and look for the : Contact information and procedures - when you send it to Tech Support they do need some information from you - the more you can give them the better they can help you

That means your computer is trying to send an email using a software program you don't have set up- when you get to the page copy and paste the email address into your regular email - here is the email address to use

I too have trouble with this board since some mega brain decided to change it. My computer either freezes or crashes.
