I think a pieced border would take too much away from your fractured image.

I think I agree. When you showed the finished flowers I thought WOW. But the borders take away from the wow factor. Perhaps if the colors were more muted, like a frame. It's wonderful that you can do that to test how it will look before doing it. In the end though, I know it will be gorgeous.

WOW - that is just beautiful - None of them, they all detract from the quilt. I would do a small boarder first the then a larger boarder, small boarder in cream and maybe a Batik for larger boarder or black for larger
