'Quilty Pleasures' RR

Barb, I have finished the first round on your bright quilt. I haven't decided if I like it or not and am considering doing something different, but thought I would see what you think. It was an easy round to do being so small, so wouldn't be a problem to do something different. It's pretty crazy as it is!
Thought I would show you my machine embroidered cactus picture. She won second place in the miscellaneous category at our local quilt show this weekend. I am very proud of her.

Please don't think that I am a flake.
These past few weeks have been pretty rough. On January 2nd, I lost a close family member and then had to leave town to help my dad go through all my grandmother's things so he could put her house on the market. On Wednesday, I had a car accident in the snow and had to spend the next few days dealing with getting my vehicle fixed. The memorial service was this past weekend and I was out of town until late Monday night. I got the package from the UK on Friday, but had no time to even open it up. So, that brings me to today. I mailed off my center, but forgot to put a label in there, so it will go out in an envelope soon. I have lots of extra fabric, if anyone wants to get some of it for a row, please let me know and I will send it directly to you when you have my my center.

Misty:
My heart goes out to you. I know what it is like to loose a family member and then have to deal with helping a parent deal with all of the things that go with the loss. I will keep you in my prayers!! I am glad that you were not hurt in your accident. If you lived here or we lived there, my husband has a paint and body shop and we could help you out. Oh well, Florida is too far from Colorado for that. I absolutely LOVE your center!!!! The colors are stunning!
Your take care of yourself.
Blessings!

Your center is beautiful. The fabrics are so stunning, you just may be receiving requests to play with such pretties.
