yup that looks like it. It is not a 'x marks the spot', I checked the tutorial and it is completely different.

Love this one, I wanna go get out my charms!

Since that pattern uses 6" squares and 1.5" strips ... that means 5" squares would have 1.25" strips?

Math people check me please? (6 divided by 1.5 = 4 or 1/4th the side of the block for the strip... so 5 divided by 4 = 1.25" for the strip?)

I just used 5" squares and a 1" strip in between because it looked better than anything bigger. I also did not work on this quilt continually as it would get boring. Did about 5 - 10 squares a day. My quilt is about a large size lap quilt, but certainly it is easy to make larger.
