Lousie yes to both.

Mary that is a lot of buttons. I used to have a lot that were my grandma's that were very old, but sadly I lost them in the last move.

mooretll love the dress that you made from the t-shirt. I was a concert a couple of years ago and saw a girl wearing a t-shirt that had been made into a corset style top. The back had eyelets attached down both sides and laced up. It was really well done. I would love to figure out how to turn some of my old concert shirt into a top like that. I have a lot that are 2x and way to big for me now as I wear a medium these days.

Krystyna is it that your illness is affecting your sinuses? If so I swear by Claritin D 24. Whenever I start feeling sick I start taking is and don't stop for a week as that is usually how long a cold lasts. That way while I may be sick I'm not having to deal with the symptoms and the blah's. I find that I can usually continue to function by doing this. I also find that I have to take it about every 22 hours. I hope you feel better soon.

Kris I spy Steelers fabric...LOL

Myrna,

I drink coffee, my ALL time favorite is 100% Kona (but it is expensive)
As for tea I have a Mr. Coffee ice tea maker and wee keep tea brewed
at ALL times sweet with sugar for hubs (1 gallon) and sweetened with
splenda for me (1 gallon). I also love to drink Celestial Seasonings teas
my all time favorite there is orange & spice.

What about hot chocolate anyone have preferences for that?

Well I don't want to bore you all to much with pictures,
but I have been busy this weekend (mainly yesterday)
making yet more bibs with embroidery.

I have an awesome set that I hope to get posted to my
studio to sell either later today, or tomorrow.

It is a terry cloth bib & burp cloth set, with a damask
baby bottle.

Lots of posts to catch up on this morning! I think I am finally human again. This was a really weird one. I didn't have any really awful symptoms. A little sniffle, a little cough, a couple of days of scratchy throat. The worst was just being completely knocked out. Every time I got up it was only for a couple of hours and then I fell asleep. In my computer chair, in my sewing chair. On the sofa. I feel like someone from that old movie "The Lost Weekend" except more than just a weekend.

Yesterday I decided I needed to get out into the fresh air. My husband spotted an estate sale with that magic word in the ad - "sewing"! I think my illness made my brain fog up because I came home with over 200 vintage patterns, many zippers and snaps, and some great fabric which, unfortunately included some lycra - at least I think that's what it's called - stretchy sort of stuff that you'd make bathing suits from. What the heck am I going to do with that? However, there was also lots of yardage of linen and damask that I will use to make embroidered tea towels.
